Who We’re Looking For :
- A motivated sales professional with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Someone who enjoys connecting with people and building strong relationships.
- A self-starter with a passion for sales and the beauty industry.
What You’ll Do :
- Grow and manage an assigned sales territory.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand existing accounts and attract new clients.
- Present promotions, business education, and products to drive sales.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and improve results.
- Use social media and virtual tools to engage with clients.
- Attend company meetings and industry events (virtually or in person).
What You’ll Need :
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in virtual presentations and social media engagement.
- Willingness to travel and meet clients in person.
- Reliable transportation and valid insurance.
- Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in B2B sales, retail, or the salon/beauty industry (a plus).
