ProspectBlue is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional on behalf of our client. Key Responsibilities

Hiring for All Departments

• Source and recruit top-tier candidates across all departments
• Conduct interviews and manage the full hiring process
• Oversee and coordinate internship programs

Process Development

• Design and implement effective HR processes and procedures
• Develop thorough onboarding materials to ensure a smooth start for new employees

Training & Onboarding

• Deliver company-specific training sessions
• Manage the onboarding process from start to finish
• Support managers in team development and training initiatives

Employee Administration

• Address and resolve employee-related issues
• Conduct “Right People Right Seat” reviews
• Facilitate employee feedback loops
• Analyze and present benefit and compensation options annually
• Administer quarterly conversations and annual performance reviews
• Handle payroll processing and reporting

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and adaptable in dynamic environments
• Proactive and solutions-focused approach to challenges
• Strong team player with a commitment to accountability and collaboration
• Excellent communicator who thrives in a communication-focused culture
• Experience using an ERP system (SAGE preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Basic understanding of employment law
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or 2–4 years of relevant HR experience
