This attorney will work with a wide variety of business departments including commercial, operations, finance, and compliance, and also supervise outside counsel.
Primary duties involve drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts relating to joint ventures, LNG and natural gas sales, vessel chartering, LNG regasification services, and construction, operation and maintenance of power plants, pipelines and related infrastructure as well as corporate and project finance transactions.
