Position Overview

We’re looking for a driven and personable Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This is a phone-based role focused on building relationships with retail and distribution partners across the U.S.

Your goal will be to introduce 4SCORE products to potential customers, support existing accounts, and drive consistent sales growth in a high-opportunity market.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound phone calls to retail shops, distributors, and wholesale accounts to promote 4SCORE products.
• Educate customers on our product line (vape pens, cartridges, displays, etc.) and how they can benefit their business.
• Manage and grow your sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing.
• Develop strong relationships with new and repeat customers through excellent follow-up and communication.
• Work with the sales team to hit monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and sales activity in our CRM system.
• Provide input on customer trends, feedback, and potential opportunities.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of inside sales or phone sales experience, preferably in consumer goods, electronics, or similar industries.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable making cold calls and building relationships from scratch.
• Organized, proactive, and goal-oriented.
• Experience using CRM tools to manage customer data and track performance.
• Industry familiarity with vape, smoke shop, or accessories markets is a plus—but not required.
