Compensation: Up To $215k Base + Bonus

Location: Dallas, TX

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and driven Litigation Associate with experience in complex litigation, business disputes, bankruptcy & restructuring.

Key Experience Areas:

Candidates should have demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Bankruptcy and Restructuring Litigation (preferred)
• Real Estate and Lending Disputes
• Employment Law Disputes
• Breach of Contract
• Breach of Fiduciary Duty
• Trade Secret Theft
• Intellectual Property Disputes

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 4 years of experience as a litigation attorney.
• A JD from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
