Key Responsibilities:

• Train, test, and deploy learn-to-rank (LTR) models using large proprietary datasets, including human-labeled and multimodal interview data.
• Optimize semantic search algorithms to provide the most relevant candidates based on user queries.
• Implement scalable machine learning infrastructure to process multimodal data at scale.
• Develop systems to mitigate algorithmic bias and ensure transparency and fairness in candidate ranking.
• Design and conduct experiments to improve model performance and efficiency.
