If you have a minimum of two years of solid digital advertising sales skills, this could be your chance to work for one of the country’s largest privately-owned media companies that provides an interactive sales and product training program, and resources that support our sellers from prospecting new business opportunities through client retention. Clients will rely on you to be the expert consultant and help them achieve their business goals. You will leverage your critical thinking skills and creativity to develop innovative solutions.
We serve businesses throughout the central PA region and beyond with our dynamic product mix. We set the stage for your success with an interactive sales and product training program that focuses on sales techniques and digital marketing solutions.
In this role, new business growth will be a primary focus. Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills in both written and verbal communication, be driven to achieve new business revenue and monthly goals, have ability to upsell and optimize campaigns along with excellent presentation skills and command of product knowledge. We’re looking for someone with a strong business network who knows how to leverage connections and spot opportunities.
An average day for you will include cross collaboration with account team members for current client success as well as prospecting, conducting meetings to gain new clients, and pitching strategic campaigns. You will be expected to consistently build your sales funnel and work to close business at a high velocity.
Compensation for this position is comprised of a base salary plus incentive. The base salary range is $54,000 to $56,000 per year. Additional incentives bring total potential compensation to $93,000 to $96,000.
For this position you should have:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
* Passion for digital advertising
* Knowledge of needs-based selling/consultative approach
* Proven success of increasing sales in a competitive marketplace (willingness to develop new business and cold call)
* CRM sales management software experience with a leading platform, preferably with SalesForce
* Excellent communication and presentation skills -- written and verbal
* Assertiveness, goal-orientation and self-motivation
* Ability to multi-task, handle pressure and work under deadlines
* Solid PC skills including proficiency with MS Office Suite, Power Point & Excel (Salesforce experience helpful but not required.)
This job requires reliable transportation to meet with customers in Central PA region.
This position is hybrid with working from home most days and in office sales meetings weekly.
