Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Assist in managing MEP scopes from pre-construction through project completion
🔹 Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure project milestones are met
🔹 Oversee mechanical and electrical systems design, installation, and commissioning
🔹 Review drawings, submittals, and RFIs to ensure project alignment with MEP specifications
🔹 Track budgets, schedules, and procurement for MEP-related tasks
🔹 Ensure code compliance, safety regulations, and quality control across all project phases
Qualifications:
✅ 3-5 years of experience in MEP construction, with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems
✅ Experience working on higher education, institutional, or large commercial projects
✅ Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management software
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
