What You’ll Do

This role is 90% sales, strategy, and client consultation . You won’t be bogged down in backend processing or paperwork—we’ve got that handled. Your job is to bring in business, guide clients through the plan , and then let our operations team carry it to the finish line.

• Advise first-time buyers and real estate investors on the best path forward—and secure their commitment to it.
• Run discovery calls, analyze scenarios, and quote creatively and accurately.
• Drive volume by strengthening relationships with our existing referral partners—and cultivating new ones.
• Collaborate with Peter on strategy and execution to help us exceed our massive goals.
• Stay in your lane: sell, teach, advise, repeat. Let operations operate .

What You’ll Need

• 2+ years in mortgage lending, financial services, or consultative sales.
• A teacher’s heart and a closer’s mindset.
• Confidence with numbers, loan programs, and strategic thinking.
• Excellent follow-up and strong verbal/written communication.
• A drive to build something that lasts.

How You’ll Be Compensated

We believe in rewarding performance—not seniority or seat-warming.

• Base draw : $4,000/month (recoverable against future commissions)
• Performance : Heavy commission incentives for closing referral leads.
• Future opportunity : While we’re not offering formal profit share, leadership and discretionary bonuses are on the table for those who truly help grow the business.
