Job Description

The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations. From answering the phone, scheduling on-site consultations, sending and receiving invoices, communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally
  • Schedule on-site appointments for account managers
  • Send and receive invoices using Quickbooks
  • Keep up with office tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Quickbooks, Hubspot experience a plus
  • Bachelors Degree a plus
