Now Hiring: Farm Office Manager & Bookkeeper – Colusa County, CA
Looking for a full-time opportunity in the agricultural industry? If you’re experienced in QuickBooks and have strong financial management and office leadership skills, this could be the perfect fit.
Salary: Up to $80,000 Annually DOE
Schedule: 30-40 hours/week
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage company finances using **QuickBooks Pro Desktop
-Process payroll for 50+ employees
-Reconcile bank accounts & assist with budgeting
-Handle contracts, crop loans & compliance
-Collaborate with CPAs for tax filings
What You Bring:
-5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
-Proficiency in QuickBooks & MS Office
-Strong organizational & multitasking skills
-Ag experience & bilingual in Spanish are a plus!
