Class A CDL Truck Driver (Experienced)

We are looking for motivated and committed Class A CDL Truck Drivers (Experienced) that align with WVEI’s goals of providing optimum customer service, with safety as the highest priority. This is a safety-sensitive position. As a WVEI Class A CDL Truck Driver (Experienced) you will work at our Oklahoma City, OK location driving Class A vehicles while pulling a flatbed trailer. Class A CDL Truck Driver (Experienced) Responsibilities:

• Comply with all FMCSA DOT REGULATIONS and in-house rules.
• Conduct daily pre trip and post trip inspections of the vehicle and report any problems or damage to management as per FMCSA Regulation Part 396
• Able to identify OOS issues on Trailers, Trucks, and Heavy Equipment
• Responsible for flatbed Cargo Securement, Strapping and securing the loads.
• Initiative-taking and have a strong work ethic.

Qualification

Class A CDL Truck Driver (Experienced) Job Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL Driver’s License
• MVR with no major moving violations or excessive points
• No DWI/DUI in last 10 years
• 2+ years driving experience Required with Flatbed experience preferred.
• Nationwide Criminal Background check required.
• Drug Screening Required
• Ability to travel and be out overnight (Per diem Paid)
• Ability to read, write, and speak well in English.
• Push, Pull, Kneel, Bend, Lift, Squat up to 100 lbs. or more.
