Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle BRM Developer with 8-12 years of hands-on experience in designing, configuring, deploying, and maintaining Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) solutions . The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in PCM Opcode development (C/C++), Java, multilevel discounts, IScripts, IRules, and BRM customization .

Key Responsibilities:

• BRM Development & Customization:
• Design, configure, deploy, and maintain Oracle BRM, PDC, and Pipeline components.
• Customize BRM using PCM Opcode (C/C++), PCM Java, multilevel discounts, IScripts, and IRules .
• Develop and enhance pricing, rating, billing, invoicing, and taxation functionalities.
• Tune and optimize BRM performance to ensure scalability and efficiency.
• Business Requirements & Solutioning:
• Understand end-to-end business requirements and provide effective billing solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy BRM-based solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex BRM issues with a focus on quick Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Database & Scripting:
• Strong hands-on experience with PL/SQL, Linux, and Shell scripting .
• Good understanding of BRM schema and table structures .
• Performance Tuning & Maintenance:
• Analyze, optimize, and improve BRM performance and system stability.
• Work in a highly customized BRM environment and quickly adapt to new enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ 8-12 years of hands-on experience in Oracle BRM development and customization.

✅ Expertise in BRM, PDC, Pipeline, and customization (PCM Opcode in C/C++, PCM Java, IScripts, IRules).

✅ Strong knowledge of Pricing, Rating, Billing, Invoicing, Adjustments, Revenue Recognition, and Taxation .

✅ Proficiency in PL/SQL, Linux, and Shell scripting .

✅ Deep understanding of BRM schema and table structures .

✅ Ability to troubleshoot complex BRM issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA) .

✅ Experience in BRM performance tuning and optimization .

✅ Ability to quickly learn and work in a highly customized BRM environment .

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in telecom billing systems .
• Knowledge of Oracle BRM integration with third-party systems .
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies .
