All Points Media specializes in creative, custom-fit, out-of-home media solutions. With over twenty years of Outdoor Advertising experience, we are a well-established and growing National Advertising/Media company and leader in the Alternative Media segment based in Beaverton, OR. If you are looking to leap into the Advertising/Media world, this is a great entry point. We are currently looking for Leasing Coordinators to join our team. The ideal candidate is an outgoing person who communicates extremely well in verbal and written environments. This person needs to have a high comfort level on the phone and will be expected to make between 100-175 outbound calls daily. This is an entry level position, with room to grow for motivated and passionate applicants. PAY & DETAILS: ~$20-$23 per hour  ~ Opportunity for advancement ~ Part-time and Full-time positions available ~ Additional benefits such as health and dental insurance, PTO, and 401K may be available depending on position JOB REQUIREMENTS: Excellent communication skills Cold calling experience  Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision Ability to work as part of a team and independently  Strong proficiency in Excel Extremely organized Ability to speak clearly Ability to prioritize tasks Energetic and cheerful, team-oriented attitude Honesty and integrity Ability to utilize telephone personality skills Track leads, set appointments, and callbacks Develop and cultivate relationships for current and future project needs Strong initiative and desire to succeed We are looking for motivated, passionate, career-driven individuals.
