**1st Shift Painter** **Job Description** This role involves operating a spray painter in a manufacturing facility, focusing on painting both components and finished products before they are dispatched to customers. **Responsibilities** + Operate a spray painter in an industrial setting. + Paint components and finished products to specified standards. + Mix paint according to specified requirements. + Ensure complete coverage in the spray booth. + Move products to and from the paint booth using a forklift and/or pallet jack. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of experience in spray painting in an industrial setting. + Proficiency in painting, paint preparation, and industrial painting. + Experience with spray guns and industrial paints. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Bend, IN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
