**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are on the lookout for You+All an experienced Sales Consultant to take on Part Time Sales Assistant position at our Carousel Flagship store!

Acting as PPT and supporting the Store Manager in the store, you will cultivate a vibrant and positive team environment where AMAZING customer service is a priority , driving the stores financial performance to smash budgets and targets, promoting strong leadership by providing effective training, daily in-store operations, visual merchandising management and lead by example to ensure clear in-store executions of the business strategies, visions, values, and guidelines.

With the focus on improving the in-store experience, you need to ensure consistent provision of expert and unparalleled service, constant developing of strong product knowledge to assist and help the Store Manager to train the team, keeping up in maintaining the store and the teams well-being including managing stock levels, high visual merchandising appeal in line with company guidelines and ownership of health and safety in store.

When required, you will also provide assistance to your Regional Manager during the Store Managers absence in preparing and managing staff rosters, in-line with sales achievement, stock, and expense control management, and have the experience in recruiting and attracting right talents to nurture, retain and develop them into leaders role.

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in this role you will be the leading ambassador of our brand, modelling Ally Fashion values of Customer Centric, Achieving Excellence, Display Honesty and Forever Evolving while having a genuine passion in mentoring others!

You will be flexible to work rotational weekend roster including late night trade, have a solid experience in assisting store management in a fast-paced retail environment (preferably fashion) and be a high achiever in delivery of performance, sales, along with strong interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations and relationships.

You are passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills and are ambitious to accelerate your career as well as are not afraid to take on your next challenge.
