Job Description

Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator

Location: Onsite – Broomfield, CO

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Duration: 3 Months, 40 hrs./wk.

Pay Rate Range: $18-$22/hr., depending on experience

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our collaborative team. This role plays a vital part in supporting our patients and ensuring smooth, accurate administrative processes. As a key member of a 21-person Patient Care Coordination team, you will contribute to a positive patient experience by providing top-notch customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by answering incoming patient calls and assisting with inquiries.
  • Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage and update patient information within electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Support back-office administrative tasks, including documentation and scheduling coordination.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Uphold patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Minimum of 3 months of customer service experience (healthcare setting preferred but not required).
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively.

Preferred:

  • Experience with EMR systems.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or administrative support role.
