Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist completes patient assessments and participates in developing and implementing individualized care plans focusing on goal achievement, patient engagement, and positive patient experience.
Schedule: 8 am-4 pm with one day/week on 2nd shift (either 10 am-6 pm or 11 am – 7 pm). No call, no weekends.
