Due to our plans for aggressive growth the Snow Division has an immediate opening for Snow Plow Drivers.

Responsibilities

• Operate snowplow trucks and other snow removal equipment to clear driveways, parking lots, and pathways.
• Follow established routes and schedules for effective and timely snow removal. 
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of snowplow trucks to ensure they are in proper working condition.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols during snow removal operations.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate snow removal efforts.
• Provide updates on road conditions and any obstacles encountered during snow plowing.
• Maintain accurate records of snow removal activities including hours worked, areas cleared and any issues encountered via Aspire (landscape Software)

-Ideal candidates will have previous industry experience, a willingness to deliver quality workmanship, and a strong work ethic.
- Proven experience in operating snowplow trucks and other snow removal equipment.
-Knowledge of safe snow plowing practices and familiarity with road salt and de-icing materials.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays during snow events.
