JOB SUMMARY: The Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner is an integral part of the care team and will work collaboratively with all patients and staff. They will make the patient the primary focus of their actions alongside developing and sustaining productive and compassionate patient relationships. They will contribute to the health care team by influence, innovation, and by modeling effective integrated care and exemplary service. Tepeyac offers a full compensation package to all full-time employees. Benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance, a flexible spending account, a 401k, disability insurance paid for by Tepeyac, eight paid holidays, four weeks of vacation and 6 days of sick leave each year. Licensed providers receive time off and reimbursement for CME and reimbursement for the Colorado licensing renewal fee.
The salary range for this full-time position is $102,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on years of experience and years of licensure.
The salary range for this part-time position is $51,000 - $60,400 annually, depending on years of experience and years of licensure
