Job Description

I have an immediate need for a contract Presentation Designer in Downtown Chicago. My client, a top-ranked global law firm, is looking for a contract Presentation Designer to support the firm’s Marketing Team’s aggressive initiative revamping and redesigning marketing collateral and presentation materials.

This role will help the Marketing Team with strategically execute the re-design of marketing templates with graphics focused on large complex data.

They are kicking off interviews now for a mid- to late-April start. This will be a contract position, estimated 6 months with possible extension. Due to the exposure of sensitive data and confidential client information this role will be working with, the firm is requiring this position be on site Monday – Friday at their office located in Downtown Chicago.

This is an exciting opportunity to support a firmwide initiative in re-designing and modernizing presentation material templates. You’ll be joining a great collaborative team, the office building is amazing and located near all major transit.

Responsibilities:

• Developing graphics from complex data
• Execute design concepts and templates
• Create and update PowerPoint presentations
• Create visual presentations for internal and external clients
• Review all art and graphics for design consistency
• Quality assurance in checking spelling, grammar, format, style errors

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in related field
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with manipulating and integrating graphics from Excel
• Experience with print and digital media production
• Ability to design templates and translate design concepts into finished work product
• Law firm, professional services industry or related experience in a corporate environment
