Position Overview

As a Project Manager in our Bank Services Division, you will oversee multiple projects delegated by senior leadership. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of assigned projects, maintaining high standards in communication, organization, and reporting. This role involves traveling to project sites to manage and monitor project progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Oversight: Manage multiple assigned projects, ensuring timely progress and overall wellness.
  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact, fostering clear and consistent communication between internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed inspection reports with strong written clarity and professionalism.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
  • Document Review: Evaluate payment applications for accuracy using basic math and analytical skills.
  • Adaptability: Proactively address challenges and adapt to changing project dynamics to meet deadlines.
  • Timeliness: Ensure timely submission of reports and communication updates to all involved parties.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 3 years’ clerical/administrative experience. Preferably in a construction environment.
  • General knowledge of accounting and basic math principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple activities/projects, meet multiple deadlines and network with staff, management and clients.
  • Proficient typing skills.
  • Detailed oriented with excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrates leadership skills with ability and willingness to face challenges, solve problems, and motivate others, while maintaining effective relationships with customers by meeting or exceeding their requirements and expectations.
  • Manages essential functions effectively by consistently driving for quality, profitable, safe, and timely results on the assigned project.
  • Demonstrates proficiency using a personal computer (PC) and company communication tools, such as email, internet, Microsoft Teams and other company software programs.
  • Working knowledge of Bluebeam, Timberline/SAGE, and Microsoft products (e.g., Word, Excel, Office) is a plus, but not required.
  • Salary is commensurate to experience.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to travel to project sites, climb stairs, ladders, or scaffolding, and lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Requires prolonged sitting, occasional bending, stooping, and stretching.
  • Manual dexterity to operate office equipment and normal range of hearing and eyesight to communicate effectively.
