About the Role
Your mission is simple: convert our steady stream of pre-qualified leads into signed property contracts. Most leads are already seeking solutions; you’ll step in as their trusted advisor to help them make decisions confidently.
No license required—we’ll train you to succeed.

• Respond to inbound seller inquiries and secure signed property contracts.
• Exceed sales targets by converting leads into closed deals.
• Build meaningful connections with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain and manage a well-organized database for consistent follow-up.
• Utilize proven scripts to confidently handle objections and communicate our value.
• Collaborate with our lead qualification team, freeing you to focus on what you do best: closing deals.

Compensation
$120,000 - $200,000 yearly
About Triple L Investments
We buy houses in Birmingham, AL, regardless of their condition. Our goal is to provide a solution for homeowners, who want to sell their house without the added stress of dealing with repairs or agent fees. We’re all about making the process simple and stress-free.
Responsibilities:
• Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition
• Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
• Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close
• Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients
• Attending appointments and making offers.
• Being a strong closer.
• Using a script and staying on a straight-line sales process from A - Z.
• Negotiating with customers.
• Identify qualified clients and gather critical information to streamline the sales process and drive efficiency.
• Build strong relationships, trust, and rapport with clients through active listening, empathy, and effective communication.
• Maintain a meticulously organized database to ensure consistent follow-up and effective pipeline management.
• Master and implement proven sales scripts to overcome objections, highlight our value, and close deals decisively.
• Partner with lead qualifiers to handle pre-booked appointments, enabling you to concentrate on closing high-value contracts.
Qualifications:
• Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
• Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred
• Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality
• Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work
• A strong passion for sales with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
• Proficient with CRM systems and marketing/lead technologies, or a quick learner who can master new systems effortlessly.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage systems, files, and schedules efficiently, ensuring consistent follow-up and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thriving in collaborative environments and building lasting connections with clients and team members.
