Location: Boca Raton, FL (Hybrid Schedule)

Salary: $135,000 - 155,000 base + bonus + benefits package

Position Overview:

We are working with a leading owner and operator of wireless communications infrastructure, they are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel – Real Estate Transactions to join their in-house legal team. You will provide legal support for the acquisition, leasing, development, and management of wireless infrastructure sites across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of real estate transactional documents, including purchase agreements, ground leases, easements, amendments, and related contracts.
• Provide legal guidance and strategic counsel to internal teams regarding site development, zoning, permitting, and compliance.
• Manage due diligence processes for property acquisitions and portfolio transactions.
• Coordinate with external counsel and title companies to clear title, resolve encumbrances, and facilitate closings.
• Support corporate development initiatives, including portfolio acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.

An ideal Candidate would have:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar in good standing.
• Strong background in real estate transactions, title/survey matters, and contract negotiation.
• Experience in telecommunications or infrastructure-related real estate is a plus.
