Job Description

We’re looking for a dedicated Refrigeration/Boiler Technician to ensure the safe and efficient operation of key systems within our facility.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for operating and maintaining our ammonia refrigeration system, steam manufacturing plant, city water pressurization and filtration system, and compressed air system. Your expertise will help minimize downtime, optimize performance, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

• Ammonia Refrigeration System:
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on refrigeration systems including compressors, evaporators, condensers, and controls.
• Diagnose issues in refrigeration circuits and equipment and replace defective components as necessary.
• Boiler Operations:
• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of industrial boilers and associated systems, including water treatment and steam generation equipment.
• Repair boiler components such as pumps, valves, and piping, ensuring compliance with regulatory safety standards.
• Compressed Air System:
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair the plant's compressed air system, ensuring consistent air supply to critical equipment.
• Monitor and adjust air pressure levels, inspect for leaks, and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• HVAC Support:
• Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting HVAC systems, including air handling units, chillers, and cooling towers.
