Restaurant Manager Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven track record as a restaurant manager in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software (Aloha, Table Management, OLO, Compeat Radar).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Valid food safety and alcohol serving certifications.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with financial management and budgeting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Additional Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a background check.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
