Supervise the entire roof decking process and team
Plan and coordinate all aspects of assigned construction projects
Plan daily work goals to complete jobs on time while ensuring both efficiency and quality
Conduct on-site safety meetings and ensure all safety protocols are being followed Supervise, train and coach crew members and subcontractors to ensure high-quality work and adherence to project specifications
Communicate with the superintendent and office support personnel to provide updates and address any issues or concerns
Ensure that all necessary equipment and tools are used in the proper manner and properly maintained
Maintain an accurate equipment & materials inventory
Maintain a work environment that adheres to all company and OSHA standards
