Hey Roof Man LLC is seeking motivated, goal-driven individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives based in Nashville, TN. This is an onsite position , providing you the opportunity to interact directly with homeowners, assess roofing needs, and offer industry-leading solutions. What You'll Do:
🔹 Canvass neighborhoods within the Greater Nashville area to generate leads.
🔹 Present Hey Roof Man's roofing solutions and services to potential clients.
🔹 Conduct onsite roof assessments to provide accurate solutions.
🔹 Follow up on leads and log all activities in the company CRM.
🔹 Work directly with insurance companies to assist clients with claims.
🔹 Attend regular team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions.
Who We're Looking For:
🏠 Sales Experience: Previous door-to-door sales or cold calling experience preferred.
🏠 Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage and build trust with customers.
🏠 Self-Starter Attitude: Driven to meet and exceed sales targets independently.
🏠 Physically Capable: Comfortable climbing roofs and working outdoors.
