Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New York, NY, for a Sales Merchandiser at Versa Group. The Sales Merchandiser will collaborate closely with clients and the design team to develop and promote innovative apparel products. Responsibilities include managing accounts, analyzing market trends to develop sales strategies, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and overseeing merchandising frameworks. This role involves working cross-functionally to maintain brand standards while supporting product packaging, pricing, and promotional strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Sales & Marketing skills with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
• Outstanding Organization skills to effectively manage accounts, product timelines, and merchandising tasks.
• Proficiency in analyzing market trends and understanding consumer behavior to leverage opportunities.
• Experience in apparel or retail merchandising is preferred but not required.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
