Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Construction Project Manager, located in Mason, OH. The Senior Construction Project Manager will oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include project coordination, budgeting, managing construction teams, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role requires effective communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills to manage complex construction processes and deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications

• Experience in Construction Project Management and Project Coordination
• Skills in Budgeting and Construction Management
• Strong Project Management skills
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in construction
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Experience in Hospitality or Commercial Construction is a plus
