Job Description

Role Overview:

A premier marketing and communications firm located in Miami, Florida, is seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our dedicated account management team. This position requires a dynamic individual who can assist with planning and executing digital strategies for a diverse array of advocacy, campaign, corporate, and public affairs clients. Please note that this position is based in our Miami, FL office and we are not accepting applications for remote work at this time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging social media content across platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • Develop compelling email marketing campaigns and manage online fundraising efforts.
  • Assist with creating reports for online advertising and manage client data to inform strategy.
  • Regularly update client websites to ensure current and relevant content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align social media strategies with client goals.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent writing skills for both social content and email copy.
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt to the evolving digital landscape.
  • Familiarity with audiences, technical limitations, and content types across major social media platforms.
  • A Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience.
  • Excellent spoken and written English. 
  • Open to receive interns. 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Republican or conservative political campaigns, advocacy, or think tanks.
  • Previous experience in online advertising strategy or buying.
  • Graphic design and video editing skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, dependent on experience.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance options.
  • Paid time off.
  • Hybrid work schedule: Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm in the office, with remote work on Fridays as necessary.



Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts with potential for supplemental commission pay.
  • Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
