  • Capture or coordinate content production during in-person sessions, events, and collaborative meetings.
  • Publish scheduled posts consistently across channels.
  • Monitor audience interactions; respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify community partnership and collaboration opportunities to expand reach.
  • Track platform performance metrics including reach, impressions, engagement rate, audience growth, and content performance.
  • Compile monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be currently residing in the Houston, TX area with availability for weekly in-person collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and engagement principles.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva , CapCut , Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience managing professional, business, or brand social media accounts.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Houston’s business, culture, or creative community.
  • Photography and/or videography production experience.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute digital campaigns and brand initiatives.

Benefits & Support Provided:

  • Hybrid work flexibility — balance remote execution with purposeful in-person collaboration
  • Creative development opportunities — access to workshops, industry events, and skill-building resources
  • Portfolio-building experience — work on campaigns that are visible, strategic, and meaningful
  • Direct mentorship and team collaboration with branding & creative leadership
  • Ownership of creative voice — your ideas and vision will actively shape the brand’s direction
  • Career growth runway — clear pathway to increased responsibility, compensation, and position elevation as the company scales
