Web Designer job at Perrill Minnetonka, MN, US

Job Description

Perrill is an award-winning digital marketing agency that exists to power businesses to win online. We are in search of a Web Designer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team.

As a Web Designer at Perrill, you will work collaboratively with our marketing and development teams to design engaging websites that are built to convert. You will work on a wide variety of projects with a focus on designing eCommerce and lead generation websites for WordPress or Magento.

Our ideal candidate will have:

1-3 years of experience in web design
Experience with responsive design layout and web design best practices
Graphic design, typography, and color theory background
Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite. Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and Figma
Experience optimizing designs for the web
Portfolio that displays an understanding of user-centered design and graphic layout
Ability to work collaboratively with copywriters, and developers
Working knowledge of CSS and HTML is desired but not required
Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines

Salary : $60,000 to $65,000+, depending on experience

Remote candidates may be considered, but strong preference will be given to candidates available to work in our office in Minnetonka, Minnesota, at least 2 days per week.
