Job Description

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Administrative Support to the Team
  • Keeping track of the calendar and answer phones
  • Maintain files, correspondence, Petty Cash box, and manage department supplies
  • Maintain and monitor reporting calendar for reporting deadlines
  • Maintain timesheets for the department staff on a weekly basis
  • Create requisition for creation of purchase order to submit invoices for payment in Oracle/NetSuite system
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets (Excel)
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management
  • Schedule and confirm meetings
  • Provide ad hoc support around office as needed

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; some college or degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years of Administrative Assistant experience providing support to senior management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
