Summary/Objective: Capture Manager is responsible for managing strategic pursuits in collaboration with Business Development, Proposal, and IT departments. Will lead captures of federal opportunities including development of technical and staffing solutions, developing and executing capture plans, and contact and communication with government personnel and industry teaming partners. Primary Duties: Responsible for the entire strategic lifecycle to include win theme, bid strategy, pricing, competitive analysis, solution development, and storyboarding. Gathers, assess and validates customer needs Identifies IT constraints and issues that impact the solution Identifies probable competition and evaluates strengths and weaknesses Understands Livanta offerings and maps against pursuit needs - identifies offering gaps and provides strategies to close Provides solution advice, drives proposals, presentations, and other client communications Responsible for developing and managing teaming partners and strategic alliances Works closely with BD and other staff to develop win strategies, themes and discriminators Participates in bid reviews Essential Knowledge : Must possess familiarity with Federal Healthcare clients and teaming partners. Familiarity with capture methodologies such as Shipley. Essential Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent 7+ years of Business Development and Capture Management Experience in Federal Healthcare space at HHS, DHA, or VA. Familiar with Federal Healthcare clients and teaming partners Familiarity with capture methodologies such as Shipley Proven ability to qualify federal pursuits Strong oral and written skills Successful track record in winning federal healthcare service or IT pursuits Organizational Fit Considerations : Must be flexible and proactive in covering and overseeing the operations of the contract.
