Regional Clinical Specialist – Hudson Valley

We are supporting a rapidly growing medical device company in their search for a Regional Clinical Specialist to join their team covering the Hudson Valley. This role will be key in driving clinical excellence, supporting commercial growth, and ensuring positive patient outcomes across the region.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site clinical support during cases, ensuring safe and effective use of the company’s cardiovascular technology.
• Deliver education and training to physicians, nurses, and hospital staff on product use, best practices, and procedural workflows.
• Partner with Territory Managers to drive adoption and utilization through strong clinical relationships.
• Support product evaluations, trials, and new product launches.
• Serve as a clinical expert and resource for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve hospital processes and patient outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical data, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field (RN, RT, or similar background preferred).
• 3+ years of clinical experience in cardiology, cardiac surgery, perfusion, or related space.
• Prior experience in a medical device clinical specialist role strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within the Hudson Valley region.
