Lumen’s internship program is a 10 week, fast paced and exciting opportunity to gain professional experience within your field of study and career interest. Interns within the Human Resources team will be part of an accelerated learning experience, to challenge skills learned in the classroom and develop new skills while working on active Lumen work projects. In addition, interns will connect to our company culture through community outreach projects, engage with our employee resource groups and be able to develop their professional skills and business acumen through frequent exposure to senior leadership, cutting-edge technology, groundbreaking projects, and a network of mentors and fellow interns. HR Leadership Development interns will have the unique opportunity to learn about and gain exposure into the various HR functions at Lumen.
The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location, level of education, and prior experience. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.
Intern hourly Pay Ranges: $22 - $43/hour As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.After completion and submission of your application, you will be asked to participate in a virtual video interview.
