Front Desk Administrator (Part-Time, $23/hour - Potential for Full-Time)

Location: Brentwood, TN ( In-person )

Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday, 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM (Training on Monday or Friday the first week)

Pay: $23/hour

About the Role:
A small, professional law office in Brentwood is seeking a polished and personable Front Desk Administrator to be the first point of contact for clients. This role supports daily office operations, client scheduling, and payments while maintaining a welcoming and organized front desk. It begins part-time with the opportunity to transition into a full-time, long-term position for the right person.
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting.
